As Executive Chef at the Midtown restaurant The Lawrence, Max Hines focused on marrying local Georgia ingredients with global influences to create refined but approachable dishes. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Hines has been active in the Atlanta restaurant scene since 2011, holding multiple Executive Chef positions, and working with some of the industry's most illustrious players like Sean Brock and Neighborhood Dining Group.
After becoming a father in 2018, Hines was spurred on to bring his concept of Stolen Goods, a multicultural chef collective, to life.
